Light Corn Syrup 1 lb. (3 cups) 2 lbs. (6 cups)
Sugar 1 lb. 5 oz. (3 cups) 2 lbs. 10 oz. (6 cups)
Peanut Butter 1 lb. 8 oz. (3 cups) 3 lbs. (6 cups)
Popped Popcorn 9 oz. (6 quarts) 1.0 lb. 2 oz. (12 quarts)
(in oil/salt)

Procedures:
  1. Combine corn syrup, sugar and peanut butter in large pan.
  2. Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  3. Reduce heat to low and cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in popcorn.
  5. Toss to coat well. Press into greased pans.
  6. Cool.
  7. Cut each pan into 9 x 6 squares (2" x 2 " squares).

Procedures:

  1. In bowl, combine seasonings together.
  2. Spray popcorn with butter-flavored cooking spray.
  3. Place popcorn into large bowls or plastic bags.
  4. Sprinkle with seasoning mixture.
  5. Gently toss popcorn with spoons or close bags tightly and shake until seasonings are evenly distributed.
